Changeworknow’s ATS delivers results for PizzaExpress: see the film

One of the key issues for organisations looking to implement any technology solution is demonstrating a return on investment.  Business cases are built, investments are made but are the end results always measured and then communicated?  Getting real hard evidence can sometimes be a challenge.

PizzaExpress implemented Changeworknow’s cloud based applicant tracking solution just over a year ago and the results have been impressive. Here are some highlights:
  • Two weeks taken off the overall resource plan for new openings
  • Reduction in turnover
  • Increase in quality of applications due to the excellent, robust and consistent screening process that all candidates go through.

Operations Managers have stated that this system literally has “changed our lives”.

This short film features the project sponsor talking about the outstanding results that have been achieved through using Changeworknow’s solution. To see what has been achieved click here.
