At the awards dinner in London last week ASK Italian were announced as overall winners in the category “Best Candidate Experience”. This award is in recognition of the outstanding candidate journey and experience that Ask Italian provide for their applicants. The results include:

- Increase in quality of hires has led to 16% drop in labour turnover resulting in significant overall cost savings
- Reduction in cost per hire saving £20,000 a year
- Excellent feedback from internal managers with comments such as “we are consistently seeing great people who have the ASK personality, passion and energy”
